Coaching

Here’s the programme for May. Please note that the coaching is cleverly disguised into a fun and high energy session which will allow riders of all abilities to have a great time :)

PEDALLING SKILLS.

Pedalling skills are a group of techniques where riders change cadence and change how the pressure is applied to the pedals, to adjust speed, alter direction and change body position to improve efficiency, conserve energy or for comfort.

Pedalling is the movement of the legs in a circular movement to transfer muscular power to the pedals of the bike, in order to move it forward. A correct and efficient pedalling action will minimise energy use and minimise the risk of injury.
