Coaching this week is as follows:

Younger group – Normal coaching at Blakelaw (09:30 – 10:30 hrs). Please allow 20 minutes to get ready.

Older group -  Road ride starting at 10:30 hrs sharp. Please allow 20 minutes to get ready. Ride returns about 12:00 hrs. This ride is also for friends and family and will be held every other week until further notice, so the next one after this Saturday will be on Saturday 14 August 2010.

Throughout the summer bike choice is as follows:

The younger group  – bike type is not critical. Due to some training being on the grass, mountain or cyclo-cross bikes are recommended for wet days. We have a limited selection of small road bikes which can be hired out for £1 per session on a strictly 1st come 1st served basis, as well as a wider selection of cyclocross and mountain bikes.

The older group will be using road bikes throughout the summer, so if you have your own road bike, then please bring this along. (Last week was an exception as there was a mountain bike race at Barnesbury CC).
